The company was prompt responding to our questions, gave us several options with enough information for us to choose what works best for us. The crew that came out was courteous and professional. Helped diagnose the issue, give good recommendations and install. Showed up on time, professional when installing and explained what was done and how to maintain. As a baseline, my room is cool and the ac isn't constantly running. That's a win in my book."
